Her/his name is Angeon, the angel Pokemon. This is my invented Eeveelution! :meow:
It's supposed to be a flying type, since it has wings.
I hate how the tail came out, although my friend says it looks great, hehe :love:
I hope you like it, it took me about 15 minutes :3

Materials used:
-Mechanical pencil 0.7mm #2
-Ballpoint pen (line-art)
-Crayola color pencils
